Skid mounted High pressure Test Unit rated 15000 PSI working pressure, self-contained skid mounted with a circular chart recorder. Supplied air shall be required to power the air pumps for one low and one high pressure pump for test pressure applications. Fluid medium to include water or hydraulic oil. The unit shall be mounted on the skid, of heavy duty welded steel construction to include the following major components:
One no 6000 psi hydraulic/ pneumatic operated low pressure pump assembly 7-3/8″, ratio 60 : 1 ratio fluid end
One no 15000 psi hydraulic / pneumatic operated high pressure pump 7-3/8″, ratio 320 : 1 ratio fluid end
One (01) – Gauge, pressure 0-15000 psi, 6″ diameter panel mount, 316 SS.
One (01) – Reservoir 50 gallon, with baffles, inspection port and fluid drain port.
One (01) – Adjustable air regulator, set to limit hydraulic output to desired low test pressure and high test pressure.
One (01) – 1″ Airline manifold with lubricator/ filter.
One (01) – fluid suction manifold and strainer.
One (01) – High pressure testing manifold complete with 0-15000 psi gauge, check valve, all necessary valves, high pressure fittings and tubing.
