1. Overview
The PCTLR-521A double pump cementing trailer is configured with TPH400 plunger pumps as the core cementing pumping equipment. The complete unit is fully assembled with a semi-trailer chassis, dual main engines, two sets of transmissions, a pair of TPH400 triplex pumps, C7 hydraulic power unit, air supply system and ACM-IV.1 automatic mixing system to form an integrated cementing operation unit.What’s app +8615972752793Luben@youlongpetro
The input shaft of the TPH400 pump is arranged parallel to the engine center line, placing the pump fluid end at the rear section of the trailer unit. This inline structural layout greatly simplifies daily pump maintenance and routine on-site servicing. When matched against conventional cementing plunger pumps with identical plunger dimensions, the TPH400 pump delivers superior performance in maximum operating pressure, extended stroke length and reliable self-priming capability.
