PCS-522B Offshore Zone-II Double Pump Cementing Equipment Skid Mounted Serva
描述
PCS-522B Offshore Zone-II Double Pump Cementing Equipment Skid Mounted Serva
1. Overview
In recent years, both domestic and international industry standards have continuously raised safety criteria for equipment operating in potentially hazardous areas. Major global oil operators now mandate that field service providers and equipment manufacturers supply Zone-II compliant oilfield equipment for offshore and hazardous environment applications. Actual drilling activities, especially those carried out on offshore platforms, inevitably expose operating equipment to classified hazardous zones due to site layout and installation constraints.
To accommodate growing market demands and global safety specifications, the PCS-522B offshore explosion-proof cementing skid has been newly engineered for stable and reliable operation under Zone-II hazardous environments. End users can opt for either TPD600 or TPH400 plunger pumps based on specific field conditions and on-site operational habits.
2. General specification (TPH400 pump)
Max. working pressure: 95.2MPa (14,000Psi, W/4″ fluid end)
Max. flow rate: 3.04m3/min (W/two 4 1/2″ fluid end)
Density range: 1.3-2.5g/cm3
Auto control precision: +/-0.02 g/cm3
Mixing capacity: 0.3-2.3m3/min
Working ambient temperature: -20°C – 50°C
Overall dimension (mm): 8000(L) x 2600(W) x 3100(H)
Net weight: 27,000kg
3. Engine explosion-proof configuration
The unit adopts 3406C mechanical fuel supply diesel engine. Matching the operational features of offshore platforms, the engine adopts full air-control operating logic, covering air start, air-controlled throttle regulation and air-driven emergency shutoff functions.
Water-cooled exhaust manifolds, turbocharger and water-cooled flexible pipes are equipped throughout the system, strictly controlling the equipment surface temperature below T3 (200°C) to meet explosion-proof standards.
A crankcase breather with integrated flame trap is installed to prevent hazardous gas from entering the engine interior.
Stainless steel spark arrestors and flame traps are configured to block hot carbon particle discharge and isolate internal flames from the external atmosphere.
Anti-static fan and matched anti-static belts are adopted to eliminate static electricity generation during continuous equipment operation.
Equipped with Pyroban 3GP engine monitor system, which triggers automatic air intake and fuel supply shutdown in case of over-speed, over-temperature and atmospheric flammable gas detection.
Supporting explosion-proof accessories include EExd category 2G flameproof alternator and Ex d e II T4 enhanced safety deep-cycle battery pack.
4. Electrical explosion-proof design
All non-explosion-proof electrical components are centrally installed in a positive-pressure explosion-proof control console, enabling the whole system to adapt to Zone-II hazardous working conditions.
All external field components outside the console, including external transmitters and electromagnetic valves, fully comply with Zone-II explosion-proof requirements.
5. Certification & Authorization
The complete cementing skid can be supplied with official explosion-proof certification issued by domestic and internationally recognized authoritative institutions.
