The ACS-V-300 mixing skid is integrated with the ACM-V.1 automatic density control system, supporting full automatic closed-loop control of cement slurry density and tank liquid level. 3. Features

– Equipped with a 300HP diesel engine, providing sufficient power output to sustain stable operation of the high energy mixing system under full-load working conditions.

– Adopts mature high-energy mixing technology. The cement slurry completes primary mixing inside the high-energy mixer, followed by continuous circulation between the recirculation pump and mixing tank, as well as uniform agitation through tank agitators, consistently maintaining stable slurry quality.
