Designed for chain-driven rotary table drilling rigs, our Hydraulic Rotary Torque System comes with two installation options: box-mount and panel-mount. It delivers precise real-time feedback on torque fluctuation values during rig operation.

The complete system package consists of one Idler assembly and one matching Gauge.

Adopting a tension pulley type structural design for the rotary table torque sensor, this device captures real-time torque variations of drilling tools powered by the rotary table. It visually reflects the operational status of downhole drilling assemblies and subtle changes in bottom hole stratum conditions, enabling field personnel to accurately grasp downhole situations and prevent potential operational accidents.
