The SZJ series multi-parameter monitoring instrument for drilling & workover rigs is purpose-built to match drilling and workover equipment. It measures and visualizes real-time variations of critical operating data during field operations, including hook load, weight on bit, rotary table torque, standpipe pressure, tong torque, power tong torque, rotary table rotation speed, stroke frequency and total accumulated strokes of No.1 to No.3 mud pumps, theoretical mud inlet displacement, total theoretical mud injection volume, mud return flow, liquid level and storage volume of No.1–No.9 mud tanks, aggregate mud tank volume, total hydrocarbon concentration, hydrogen sulfide content, mud density, mud temperature, traveling block position, measured well depth and other process variables, Luben@youlongpetro.com enabling drillers to fully monitor overall drilling operating conditions.

The computer recording version of SZJ-I leverages computer hardware for full data acquisition and permanent logging. Its complete assembly includes a driller display console, data acquisition unit, duty room computer terminal with supporting dedicated software, as well as full sets of sensors, wiring harnesses and hydraulic pipelines. Real-time engineering values of all customized monitoring parameters can be simultaneously viewed at the driller console and remote duty station.
