Skid mounted cementing equipment is designed for offshore platforms and remote onshore working sites, particularly desert regions inaccessible to standard transportation vehicles. 1. Overview
The PCS-821B auto density control double pump cementing skid is a newly upgraded cementing solution configured with QPA1000 plunger pumps and ACM-IV.1 automatic mixing system.
The QPA1000 plunger pump is well suited for deep well cementing, sand control operations and medium-to-small scale fracturing applications. Featuring compact structure and lightweight design, this new pump model fills the power gap between 600HP and 1800HP cementing pumps, covering working conditions that lack matching conventional plunger pump models. The skid’s high energy mixing system is powered by PTO output from two transmissions. Thanks to its compact overall layout, the unit adapts perfectly to space-restricted working scenarios, which makes it ideal for installation and operation on offshore drilling platforms and other compact operation sites.
