Skid mounted cementing equipment is widely deployed for offshore operations and remote onshore locations including desert regions inaccessible to regular vehicles. Operators can choose from three mainstream cementing plunger pump models, TPA400, TPH400 and TPB600, alongside multiple plunger sizes to match varied operating conditions. 1. Overview
The PCS-621B auto density control double pump cementing skid is a new-generation cementing unit equipped with SERVA TPB600 plunger pumps and ACM-III.1 automatic mixing system.Luben@youlongpetro.com
SERVA TPB600 pumps feature compact footprint and lightweight construction. The two pumps adopt back-to-back arrangement, limiting the overall width to merely 2580mm. This layout greatly reduces the overall dimensions and total weight of the assembly, making it particularly suitable for truck-mounted setups and offshore equipment.WhatsApp+8615972752793 The high energy mixing system obtains driving power from PTOs of two transmissions.
