Features:
The HD-2 Type Controlair Valves are handle operated4-way, exhausted center, pressure control valves.
The typical unit contains two directional control 3-wayside valves and a pressure graduating portion that isarranged to increase, decrease or maintain air pressureto a separate delivery line. In neutral position,both 3-way side valves exhaust both delivery lines. Amovement of 10 degrees either side of center positionopens the appropriate side valve and directspressure to the indicated outlet port. Continuedmovement past 10 degrees up to full travel, or 46degrees either side of neutral continues to actuatethe pressure graduating portion to deliver a graduatedpressure according to the valve of the controlspring.
Models:
There are six available models with similar valve functions, yet different handle operating characteristics.
HD-2-X Controlair ValveThe handle is spring-returned to neutral from all positions throughout the handle travel.
HD-2-LX Controlair ValveThe handle is spring-returned to neutral from all positions, except at the maximum pressure setting on both sides of center. The handle is locked in both extreme positions by a mechanical detent.Luben@youlongpetro.com
HD-2-FX Controlair ValveFitted with a friction brake to hold the handle at any selected position within the full travel range.
HD-2-XS Controlair ValveThe handle features detents at both maximum pressure positions and spring returns to neutral from all other travel positions. Graduated pressure to Port (8) is only output in one handle operating direction.What’s app +8615972752793
HD-2-FXR Controlair ValveOperating function is similar to the HD-2-FX valve. The key difference: two directional valves remain pressurized instead of exhausting when the handle is at the neutral position.
HD-2-LS Controlair ValveThe handle can be securely held at full travel, neutral and detent locking positions.
