– Bowl and Scroll: The bowl is the rotating part of the centrifuge where the separation takes place. It needs to be made of high – strength materials to withstand high – speed rotation. The scroll, also known as the conveyor, moves the separated solids towards the discharge end. – Vacuum Pump: This is the key component for creating the vacuum environment inside the degasser. High – efficiency vacuum pumps can quickly and effectively remove gas from the drilling fluid. They need to be regularly maintained to ensure their proper operation and long – term performance.

– Separator Chamber: Where the gas – liquid separation occurs. The separator chamber’s design should allow for smooth entry of the drilling fluid, efficient separation of gas, and proper discharge of the degassed fluid.
