The Diaphragm WABCO PC539900 is a core diaphragm component engineered by WABCO specifically for fluid control systems in oil drilling equipment. It is widely compatible with the hydraulic ends of mud pumps, brake control modules, and high – pressure fluid regulation units.

 

This diaphragm adopts custom – engineered materials for extreme operating conditions (such as reinforced fluororubber composite systems or erosion – resistant polyurethane – modified materials) and boasts three core performance advantages:

 

1. High – pressure adaptability: It can stably withstand the ultra – high – pressure cycles in the typical high – pressure working conditions of drilling equipment (e.g., the hydraulic ends of mud pumps), ensuring the integrity of sealing.
2. Medium tolerance: It exhibits long – term corrosion and erosion resistance to multiple media, including drilling fluids (containing acids, alkalis, and solid particles) and hydraulic oils, delaying the degradation of the material.
3. Fatigue durability: The optimized elastomer formulation and structural design enable it to adapt to scenarios with frequent reciprocating motions (e.g., the alternating loads on pump chamber pistons), significantly improving the service life.

 

From an engineering perspective, its precise dimensional tolerances ensure seamless compatibility with mating components such as pump chambers and valve bodies. Through physical isolation, it achieves “zero leakage between two media”, which not only protects the hydraulic system from contamination by drilling fluid but also maintains the volumetric efficiency of mud pumps and the pressure accuracy of brake systems. In the high – temperature, high – pressure, and highly corrosive working conditions of oil drilling, this diaphragm effectively reduces the failure probability of the fluid control system and cuts down on unplanned downtime. It provides crucial support for the efficiency and safety of drilling operations and serves as a core maintenance and replacement part for the fluid power units of drilling equipment.

The M/D Totco lineup includes recorders such as the model with Part No. M252A-115, featuring the technical parameter RCDR SYS, PORT 300629. The ISMI master module (H12010A) is specified as MDL, ISMI, MASTER. For tension monitoring, the tong tail rope tension meter, sensor, and pipeline (H6EP-3130) comes with the specification IND, 6″, T/T, 25K LB, 30′ HOSE, P/M W/REMOTE DAMPER. Hydraulic quick disconnect couplings are available in both male (J10900A-02: COUPLER, FEM, 17K PSI, 1/4″ FNPT) and female (J10900A-20: COUPLER, M, 17K PSI, 1/4″ FNPT) variants. The LM2000 rope monitor (LM2-1G-Series) is equipped with a Dash Mount Enclosure made of Stainless Steel, while the display PCB board (PCB287A-01) is a PCBA, LCD TYPE 1, W/BACKLITE. Hydraulic instrument oil options include W15-1 (FLUID, INSTRUMENT QUART) and W15-4 (FLUID, INSTRUMENT GALLON). The weight indicator WA71-32 features the parameter IND, 12″, TTL&BT.WT, P/M, 340KN SLP, 10/12 LS, ENG/SI METRIC. Recorder paper Y45A is a CHART, CIRC 0-15000PSI, and the standpipe pressure sensor manual oil filler pump (YA2) is a HAND PUMP, SWIVEL ADPTR.
