SJS SERVA NTPA 300 Liquid Nitrogen Plunger Pump 1.625inch Piston Cold End Assy Parts
Cold End Repair
Ensure you understand and familiarize yourself with the drawings:
- Tighten the hex socket set screws on the discharge threaded press caps to 65 Nꞏm.
- Torque the piston rod nuts to 135 Nꞏm.
- Torque the packing gland nuts to 28 Nꞏm.
- Arrange parts in assembly order on the workbench.
- Measure the interference fit between the bypass sleeve outer diameter and the cylinder inner bore;
- if greater than 0.02 mm, use liquid nitrogen freezing for assembly.luben@youlongpetro.com
- Install O-rings, sealing rings, spacer rings, and packing gland assemblies on the cylinder.
- Assemble the piston guide ring, three different piston rings, expansion ring on the piston as per
- the drawing, paying attention to the notch orientation.
- Insert the piston assembly into the cylinder.
- Install the valve plate, suction head gasket, suction spring, and suction head on the right side of

- Install the discharge valve guide, discharge valve, discharge port seal within the suction head.
- Install the discharge spring, discharge fitting, and end lock nut, along with the Allen set screws.
- Install the plunger coupling, plunger rod, and cold end lock nut
