Functions:

1. Automatically judge the traveling block moving direction.
2. Provide upper‑limit anti‑collision and lower‑limit anti‑crash protection during traveling block operation.
3. When the traveling block running speed exceeds the preset value, the system will automatically control the traveling block and activate the brake function, with audible‑visual alarm to ensure safety under overspeed braking condition.
4. When the hook hoisting load exceeds the preset load value, automatic braking and shutdown will be triggered, and the main drum clutch will be disconnected to realize hook overload protection.
5. When the hook ton‑kilometer operation value exceeds the preset safe operating value, an alarm will be triggered to protect the safe operation of the hook steel wire rope.
