1. Introduction

MSYF-1(or MSFY-2) Block Limit Control System is a special electronic instrument to ensure the safe operation of workover rig. It is used to monitor the moving of traveling block within preset height and traveling speed range, prevent any overloading of hook, and record the ton kilometer value of wire line operation. 3. Main Functions

3.1Display Function

3.1.1 Display current working state: Normal or Warning (Crown saver).

3.1.2 Digital display the height and traveling speed of traveling block, graphic display the height and direction of traveling block (Crown saver).

Setting Function

3.2.1 Set the highest and lowest position of traveling block.

3.2.2 Set the maximum and minimum traveling speed range of traveling block.

3.2.3 Set the maximum loading value of the hook (Max ≤ 120 tons ).

3.2.4 Set the safety alarming ton kilometer value of wire line operation.

3.3.1 Recognize the direction of the traveling block automatically.

3.3.2 Crown saver and floor saver.

3.3.3 When the traveling speed of traveling block over the preset value, the system will control the traveling of traveling block automatically and start brake function. luben@youlongpetro.com It is completed with audible and visual alarm so as to protect the traveling block operation safety.

3.3.4 When the hook load over preset value, the system will brake and stop operation automatically, disengage the main drum clutch so as to prevent the hook from overloading.

3.3.5 When the ton-kilometer value is over the preset safety value, it will start alarming system to protect the wire line operation safety.
